Xinjiang Food 4

Seasonal vegetables made into suancai.

Chicken stir-fried with suancai.

Leavened dough.

Rubbed in vegetable oil, then steamed.

Diced mutton with onions, eaten with steamed rolls.

Hawthorn and other fruits made into jam.

Noodles.

Steamed lamb legs.

Mutton stewed with potatoes.
